UV OFFSET PRINTING AND OFFSET PRINTING
Our printshop is equipped with the following German-made machines from the company Heidelberg.
Speedmaster XL 75 5+L (UV).
Speedmaster XL 75 6+L (UV) + Vinfoil Cold Transfer Optima SF80MF for spot cold foil stamping.
Speedmaster XL F 75 7+L (UV) + FoilStar CFX75 Rewinder for spot cold foil stamping.
In addition, we were one of the first who applied and started to use foil cold transfer technology.
These machines print using UV offset technology on flexible surfaces up to 1mm of thick, with a productivity of 10,000-15,000 sheets per hour. They can print in 5, 6, 7, 8 colors with UV varnishing. Additionally, our print shop has a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106 -2+ L (UV), which also supports the same technologies but with differences in the number of colors and sizes and workability of higher speed up to 18,000 sheets per hour. -
LOCAL UV COATING AND SCREEN PRINTING
Enhanced Finishes for a Distinctive Look
Our advanced UV coating and screen printing capabilities add depth, texture and visual impact to printed packaging. Local and full-surface UV coating can create gloss, matte and pearlescent effects, enhancing both the appearance and tactile quality of the finished product.
Our screen printing process uses specialized UV and water-based inks, allowing us to achieve precise details, striking effects and premium decorative finishes.
From subtle accents to sophisticated full-surface treatments, we provide finishing solutions tailored to each packaging design. -
PREPRESS AND PLATE MAKING
Precision Begins Before Printing
Our prepress department is equipped with the HEIDELBERG Suprasetter A106, an advanced thermal computer-to-plate (CTP) system designed to deliver highly precise and consistent printing plates.
This technology ensures excellent plate quality, accurate image reproduction and reliable ink performance throughout the printing process. By maintaining precise standards from prepress to production, we achieve consistent results, sharp details and exceptional print quality. -
SHAPED CUTTING, EMBOSSING & FOIL STAMPING
Precision Finishing for Premium Packaging
Our advanced finishing capabilities combine precision cutting with high-end decorative techniques to transform printed sheets into distinctive, precisely formed packaging.
We use German POLAR digital cutting systems for accurate paper cutting throughout both prepress and post-press production. Our die-cutting capabilities are supported by Swiss-made BOBST NOVACUT systems, enabling precise and efficient production of complex packaging shapes.
With formats of up to 740 × 1060 mm and production speeds of up to 8,000 sheets per hour, our equipment delivers consistent accuracy and high production efficiency, even for demanding projects.
To add depth, texture and premium visual effects, we also offer hot foil stamping and embossing using advanced BOBST Hot Foil Stamper SP 104 BM H and NOVAFOIL 106 AUTOPLATEN® PRESS technologies.
From precise shapes to striking foil and embossed details, we turn printed packaging into a premium brand experience.
